1. Provider and agreement
Inner Archetype is provided by AtiruthaAminutha EOOD, UIC 208882954, registered at 1309 Sofia, Ilinden District, 382 Mayor Georgi Vekilski St., entrance A, floor 4, apartment 10, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Inner Archetype. You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live and provide accurate information when required for your account.
3. What Inner Archetype provides
Inner Archetype is an interactive story game that creates an evolving, interpretive profile from choices made during play. Content, scoring, archetypes, recommendations, and other outputs are part of the creative game experience.
It does not provide professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or an objective assessment of your personality. Do not use it as a substitute for qualified professional care or for decisions involving health or safety.
4. Your account
- You may create one account through an available sign-in provider.
- You are responsible for access to your device and provider account.
- You must not sell, transfer, automate, or misuse access to the service.
- You must promptly tell us if you believe your account is compromised.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; investigate abuse; or comply with law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the app or its security;
- use bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or extraction except where law permits;
- upload or share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
- impersonate another person or use the service to harm or harass others; or
- use the app in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
6. Purchases and digital content
Some versions or expansions may be offered as paid digital content. The price, included features, and any material limitations will be shown before purchase. Store purchases are processed by the relevant platform operator and are also subject to its payment and refund rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Intellectual property
The app, stories, artwork, software, designs, names, and other service content are owned by AtiruthaAminutha EOOD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
Share features may allow you to publish a limited app-generated card or link. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying content and does not permit commercial reproduction of the app or its assets.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, add, remove, or rebalance content and features. If a change materially affects purchased content or your legal rights, we will take the steps required by applicable law.
9. Ending your account
You may stop using the app at any time and may permanently delete your account in the app or through the public account-deletion page. Deletion is irreversible. Details about deletion and backups appear in the Privacy Notice.
10. Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, misuse of the service, or reliance on game outputs as professional advice. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The current version appears at the top, and material changes will be presented in the app when renewed acceptance is required.
