Puzzle Moments has no accounts, ads, tracking, or analytics. The app does not send your photos or gameplay progress to our servers. We do not sell personal data.
1. Who is responsible for the data
The controller is AtiruthaAminutha EOOD, UIC 208882954, registered in Bulgaria. For privacy and support:support@atiruthaaminutha.com.
2. Data on your device
The Game stores settings, saved puzzles, play time, personal bests, and XP locally, along with confirmation of Full Game access and the accepted version of the Terms. Completed photo challenges also keep a small local result record, including an optional sender name, to recognize a repeated file and offer a text reply. It contains no photo or finale message. We have no access to these local records.
3. Your photos
To make a puzzle from your own photo, you use the system picker. The Game receives only the selected photo, without requesting access to your entire photo library. It processes the photo on your device and keeps a reduced copy and a small preview in its private storage. The app does not upload them to our servers. Explicit sharing is described below.
Copies are removed with the last puzzle that uses them. Completed puzzles are cleared after their results have been stored successfully; a failed write retains the puzzle for another attempt. Unused photo copies are cleared on the home screen. Your original photo is not changed or deleted.
5. Photo challenges sent as files
If you choose Send a challenge, the Game creates a file containing a reduced JPEG of your selected photo, puzzle rules, an identifier, a creation date, and the optional sender name and finale message you entered. You choose the sharing app and recipient; that app delivers and stores its copies under its own rules. The Game does not upload the file to our servers or send it automatically. In a browser, it is downloaded for you to send. The photo is re-encoded for the file, so camera metadata such as the location (EXIF/GPS) is not included. We cannot remove copies that have already been sent.
The creation draft and a received file waiting for acceptance are held temporarily. A received photo is stored privately when you start its puzzle, with a blurred preview if the sender hid the picture. It is removed with the puzzle once its completed result is safely recorded, or when you delete the unfinished puzzle. The small completed record remains locally until the app data is cleared or uninstalled, subject to system backups. There is no photo album or sent-history service.
Outgoing challenge files are cached so the chosen app can read them. Preparing another file cleans this cache, retaining the current file and at most four earlier files no older than 24 hours; the operating system may clear it sooner. Verified temporary copies from the file picker or the app's Inbox are also cleaned up. The original file in a chat or another app is not deleted. On Android, Save for a friend writes a copy to the place you choose in the system Save dialog. That copy is yours to send, move or delete; the Game does not keep track of it or remove it.
Challenge files are encrypted. Without a sender code, any copy of the Game opens them, so this only makes casual viewing and editing harder. The optional 4-digit code is a limited additional barrier: the sender tells it separately, and the Game neither stores it nor adds it to the shared text. A recipient who has the code can technically extract the contents. The encryption covers the portable file; once a puzzle starts, its data is kept in the private storage described above. Hiding the picture and disabling Save or Share are rules inside the Game, not a guarantee against extracting the photo, copying the file or taking screenshots. A reply shares only result text; it does not automatically include the photo or finale message. When the sender allows picture export, Save and Share create independent copies as described above.
6. Deletion and system backups
You can delete puzzles from Saved games. Other local data is kept until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. We cannot view, correct, or delete it for you.
Android or iCloud system backups may include the data and photo copies and restore them on another device. Google or Apple manage these backups according to your settings; we have no access to them. Deleting data from the Game does not manage these backups.
7. Purchases
The one-time Full Game purchase, payment, purchase restoration, and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their rules. The Game receives purchase information to confirm your access. We do not receive or store full payment card details or other payment method details.
8. Support

The legal basis is performing our agreement with you for questions about the Game or your purchase, and our legitimate interest in providing support for other enquiries. We keep correspondence until the request and follow-up questions are resolved, then delete it unless the law requires longer retention.
