1. The Game
The Game lets you solve photo jigsaws on your own, offline, without ads or an account. Included photos, all puzzle sizes, and saving puzzles are free.
Follow the store’s age rating and rules. If you are not old enough to accept these Terms on your own in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Full Game purchase
The Full Game unlocks creating puzzles and sending puzzle challenges from your own photos through a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. The price is shown before you confirm the purchase.
Payment and restoring your purchase take place through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are governed by the relevant store’s rules and applicable law. The store’s applicable terms and licenses also govern your use of the Game.
3. Use and ownership
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment. Its software, design, and included materials belong to us or their respective rights holders; ownership is not transferred to you.
Do not copy, resell, or distribute the Game or bypass purchase protections, except where allowed by law or an applicable license.
4. Your photos
Use photos you have the right to use and, when sharing, the right to send to the recipient. The Game processes them locally and does not send them to us. We do not acquire rights to your photos.
5. Photo challenges
Creating a challenge needs the Full Game; receiving and playing one is free. A challenge file contains the selected photograph, rules, and any sender name or finale message. You select another app to send it. The Game does not verify the sender's identity or the authenticity of result messages, and does not provide a delivery service.
You are responsible for the photos and messages you put into a challenge and for the people you send them to. Use only photos you may share, with the consent of the people shown where it is needed. Do not use the Game for unlawful, abusive or exploitative content, intimate images shared without consent, or any sexual content involving minors. We do not store, deliver, see or review challenges; to report misuse, use Report misuse on a received challenge or write tosupport@atiruthaaminutha.com. You can turn down an unwanted challenge with Not now and delete an unfinished one from Saved games.
The sender may hide the picture until completion and may allow Save and Share of the finished image. These are game rules, not protection against extracting the photograph, forwarding the file or making a screenshot. Files are encrypted, but without a code any copy of the Game opens them, and the optional 4-digit code, which the sender tells separately, is only a limited barrier; the encryption does not guarantee confidentiality or prove fair play. Received challenges have no Play again option; an already completed file is recognized locally and does not award another result. Deleting an unfinished challenge allows a new attempt from the original file. There is no time limit or automatic expiration.
Sharing a result sends text only, unless you separately choose an allowed image export. Files and images sent or saved outside the Game remain there after the puzzle is removed. The other app's terms and technical support for documents apply to that exchange.
6. Local data
Puzzles, photos, settings, and results are stored on your device. Clearing data, uninstalling, or changing devices may cause their loss. We do not provide cloud saving or synchronization. System backups depend on your device settings.

7. App operation and liability
The Game is provided for entertainment on an “as is” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of local data and progress. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Consumers in the European Union also retain the mandatory protections of the country where they live. For consumers outside the EU, disputes are brought before the competent courts in Bulgaria to the extent allowed by applicable law.
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
9. Changes and language
We may update these Terms when the Game or applicable rules change. The current text and its date are on this page. If the translations differ, the Bulgarian version takes precedence for users in Bulgaria and the English version for other users, without limiting mandatory legal rights.
